Sleek Blushers- A Lazy Person's MakeUp Staple!!

Hey Everybody!!
Happy Monday and i hope you all had a great weekend!

So today i am going to be talking about a product which i have just recently fell in love with, I know there are probably many reviews on all the products i will ever speak about, but to be honest what i look for in make up is for it to be effortless, quick, does what it says on the tin and is not to pricey!
Dont get me wrong there is nothing wrong with spending s little extra on a top quality product, but for me i just find that its really not worth it, and i am sure alot of students or people like me that have moved away from there home country would agree!
Also i think i am only 21, i don't fully know what suits my face or what type of makeup look i really want to go with so buying expensive products for the short time i may use it really is not worth it for be, and also there are some amazing drug store alternatives out there and i plan on finding the best!

So on my newest quest, i had been searching for a new blusher, i couldn't really find one that suited me, i still have baby fat cheeks and dimples so its hard to find something that looks OK when i am not smiling and just going about my business!
And i also wanted to branch out from the usual pink that i would use, so i went into boots in westfield just before Christmas and though hey i look for one in here, i walked over to the sleek counter as i had heard my friend talk about how much she loves sleek eye-shadows, so i had a look at there blushes while she picked through the pallets!
And what i found was the most beautiful color i have ever seen in my life!
But,can we first all join together and appreciate sleek's packaging, i think its so well sleek ha!
It looks great inside my make up bag and considering the price it really does look like a high end product.
The sleek brand has some amazing formulas, and there blushers are so pigmented and they have some beautiful colors, but my favorite was the "Pomegranate" color!

It was an amazing color for winter and you literally only need a tiny amount on your brush and it comes out so beautiful on the cheek,
The thing i liked most about this blusher was that it really did make it look like you had just been out in the show and you were all flushed, granted this color i think would look better on paler skin as i think it could look a bit weird to ware with dark makeup.
The best way i can describe it, is that it gives you a kind of Elsa form frozen glow!
And i don't think i will be hitting pan on this blusher for a while, as the tiniest amount is just perfect!

I am definitely going to go back and add a few more to my collection in the not so distant future!

Lots of love

Liz Earle Cleanse & Polish™ Hot Cloth Cleanser

Hey Everybody!
So i hope everybody is having a good new year so far?

Today i wanted to talk about a product that i have been using for around a month now, which i am sure every person that has eyes and ears has heard about, but meh i wanted to insert my 2 pence as-well

I must admit i have never had a proper skin care routine, i would tell myself that i was going to be good from now on and properly look after my skin, and a combination of tiredness after a day of running around a sheer laziness made my efforts futile, as i would revert back to my old ways in less then a month and be back to my old ways and moaning about my skin looking like crap!
Now i don't have bad skin and i would be lying if i said i had any idea what my skin type was, but every now and then usually after a real week of being very naughty and by that i mean not removing all my make up before bed! I KNOW its a cardinal sin, and trust me when i say i paid for it afterword, i would get spots and dry skin and basically just look like i was really ill!
I have used loads of other products from high end products to drug store cleansers and toners, to even getting some that was recommended on amazon, which smelled amazing but did nothing for my skin!

So at the start of the new year i have vowed to look after my skin more and stick to it!
I have even roped in my boyfriend to give out to me if slip up!! That should be fun!
So i went in search of something that would be quick and easy to use but would have amazing results, and after reading a far few reviews on this product i bit the bullet and purchased the sample bottle of the Liz Earle Cleanse & Polish™ Hot Cloth Cleanser
I only purchased the small one because i wanted to test out the product before purchasing the full sized bottle, not because it is expensive but because i didn't want to waste money on a product when i was not sure it would work for my skin.

BOY was i wrong, this product is a miracle worker, Firstly the lovely please from Liz Earle sent me a free medium sized Cleanse & Polish and 2 muslin cloths!

The first reason i loved this product is because it was so easy and quick to use!
Which if you have very little time and want to get to bed ASAP is amazing!
You just rub the cream on your face and at the end sweep some across your eyes to avoid rubbing eye make up across your face, and then your rinse the cloth under some warm/hot water and rub the cream and make up off! It is that simple a literally takes 5 minutes of your evening!
The smell is amazing and my face felt so clean after i used it, and my skin was so soft and also visibly more fresh and hydrated looking!
And i know most people would be like there is no way you would see a visible result after one use, i don't blame you i used to be one of those people but this REALLY DID!!

I have since repurchased a bigger bottle in a different sent to the original one and i am loving it so much!

This product is perfect if your lazy but still want to look after your skin like me!
I would really recommend anybody who is reading this to just try the sample sizes of the product and you will never go back and that's a promise!

Hopefully i will be doing more reviews of the products i find helpful being the lazy bugger that i am, i am on the hunt for product that are quick and easy but that do exactly what it says on the tin!

Until then my lovelies!

90's babys can you relate?

Hi Everybody! (Hi Doctor Nick! Ha! I reckon i am hilarious!)

If your not a 90's baby or older, i would click away from this blog post now because your most likely going to think i am mental and have no idea what i am talking about, or stay and listen to me ramble on like a crazy lady who really doesn't understand the world we live in today, and hey maby you guys can educate me?
*Deep Breath* Okaaay let me start from the beginning, i know this is going to sound bizarre because well if your reading this, your reading it on my blog, but i genuinely do not understand what social media has become! I grew up in the days were unless it was bucking down ( and i mean really bucking down because i grew up in Ireland and it was always at least raining a little)

I am only 21 and have only been on this strange planet for a short time but as i have grown up  and i look at the young girls and boys a few years younger then me, i feel like shaking them(gently and nonviolently of course) and tell to take there noses out of there smart phones, Facebook, twitter and what ever else is considered cool these days! There is so much in this world if you just look up from your phone! Isn't there? When i was a little girl the world looked so big and i had so many plans and ambitions and things i wanted to do when i got older, i spent most of my summers exploring fields and making dens with my childhood best friend Orla and generally being a kid! We have so many memories that are just ares and that i cherish because it was back in a more innocent time! Today i see kids as young as 7 walking round with smart phones and taking selfies and worrying about how there hair looks and its honestly frightening to me YOUR SEVEN!! you should be playing in the dirt and staying away from boys because there gross and you don't want to play football with them, am i the only one that this scares!!

If there are any young girls reading this, please listen to this advice, dont wish to grow up to quickly its a trap! Enjoy being young its a blessing i mean it, i often wished i would grow up quick and now i am 21 i wish i could be a kid again!
Please Just Be You !

Life's Ups and Downs :)

The definition of Murphy's law is generally "Anything Bad That Can Happen Will Happen".
And I am sure we can all agree that at some stages in our life, this can feel like just the case, although everything may look doom and gloom, and things seem to be going from bad to worse, I can assure you that everything at some stage will work itself out, it may not be today or tomorrow and sometimes there is no quick fix, but growing up isn't easy and there are going to be times when you feel like giving up, and asking upon the world why the hell these things keep happening to you,The key is to take a deep breath and remember that it will all be ok in the end, if it's not ok it's not the end.
Everybody sometimes makes bad choices and mistakes and sometimes people have misfortune placed upon them. But you are stronger then you think and braver then you believe.
I am 21 years of age and have recently moved to London from Ireland to start a new life, and trust me it hasn't been without its dramas, in a nutshell in the space of a year I lost my best friend :( but gained a amazing boyfriend who has been my rock over the past year. It's strange how people you used to be so close to can become strangers in the space of a few days. After many failed attempts at trying to fix things with my best friend I realised quickly that nothing I would do or say would make any difference, I guess it's worse when you have no idea what you have done but have to be content in the fact that if that person was meant to be in your life they would be so crying, loosing sleep, and being upset isn't going to help one bit, it never really does I suppose not from my experience (although a good cry sometimes can be the best medicine)
I have started this blog because I wanted to help other young people who may need some advice or just somebody to talk too, also to give some life advice, shopping on a budget and beauty tips and tricks for girls whom are like myself...OUTRAGEOUSLY terrible at anything beauty related, but with some simple tips and tricks and some practice anything is possible.
More importantly I have started writing this blog to document moving to London and all the highs and lows that come with flying the nest and some tips and tricks that I have found help a lot in the hope that it may help somebody who may be moving for UNI or because they are looking to start a new life in a different city or country.
I hope what I will upload to this will be of some use to even just one person, I know from experience sometimes all you need is to talk to somebody who has been in the same situation as you may be and know that you are not alone and there are people here to help or just be a friend.
If anybody has anything they would like me to discuss please leave your suggestions in the comments or if you would just like a chat let me know :)
